We are looking for

We are looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) Global Marketing Communications in full-time in the field of marketing communications to fill a vacancy.

Your responsibilities

• Professional support and disciplinary leadership of the self-organizing team structure of the Marketing Communications department with reporting lines to the Executive Board
• Develop a tactical marketing communications plan annually reflecting the global direction and goals to support achieving the sales forecast and profit target
• Training, coaching and mentoring the marketing communications team to reach its full potential.
• Development and implementation of target group-specific communication to market the entire portfolio of hardware and software products, as well as services of the group of companies
• Close cooperation with the product marketing department and the marketing teams within the subsidiaries in the conception and implementation of marketing activities
• Management of global resources for the goal-oriented implementation of programs worldwide
• Working with channel partners to localize marketing concepts and content
• Responsibility for brand management and global consistency of all communications
• Support of all communicative elements of the Customer Journey in coordination with the corporate divisions Sales, Marketing, Academy, Service and Support
• Establishment and further development of internal communication platforms and processes for efficient cooperation between different departments and companies and to improve employee satisfaction
• Close collaboration with the Delivery Team to develop external communication platforms and processes to more effectively target existing and potential customers and generate qualified leads
• Support strong employer branding and corporate communication
• Continuous quality analysis and optimization of existing campaigns with regard to efficiency and ROI
• Control and monitoring of the responsible budget including control, planning and reporting
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with the departments concerned

Your qualifications

• Apprenticeship with focus on Marketing
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of marketing communication
• Professional experience in leadership
• Very good knowledge of German and English language, other languages are a plus
• Safe handling with MS-Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
