The Market Compliance function in Olam is supported by a Risk Committee which reports to the Board of Olam. Across Olam, the global Market Compliance function has the responsibility for the following:

Position Summary- Manager EMEA, Market Compliance
To support the Market Compliance Function in all matters related to derivatives compliance in Olam in relation to EMEA commodity legislation and regulatory issues.
The Manager, EMEA will report to the Chief Compliance Officer, Market Compliance (based in USA). Based in Rotterdam (or Geneva), the Manager, EMEA responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
