Senior Manager, Workplace Strategy & Design Fultime

We’re rapidly growing in Amsterdam and in the process of expanding to our second building in Amsterdam City Center, a Miro Campus. To support this expansion, the existing Mironeers and newcomers, we need a dedicated resource for oversight and management of the workplace team. This person will drive process creation and improvement across their region.

Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent who want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in-office culture as our baseline.

About the role

Senior Manager/Head of Workplace Strategy & Design will own the development of strategies related to our Workplace Planning & Design and Workplace Technology. You are the cement between Workplace Operations and our Real Estate & Portfolio Management team, and responsible for the translation of the Miro brand into our physical workplaces around the globe.

In this role, you will also help to operationalize and support the delivery of these projects and build the ultimate seamless (hybrid) workplace experience for your fellow Mironeers.

Both strategies focused, helping to ensure we are contributing to the long-term health of Miro and execution focused, helping to ensure our day-to-day business runs the way it should; you will move between these elevations frequently.

What you’ll do

• Help to define the vision and strategy for Workplace Planning & Design, Technology and Experience, ensuring alignment with the business vision
• Lead team on developing Workplace Strategy pilots, space utilization metrics and strategies to support the hybrid workplace
• Leading all aspects of space planning, programming and occupancy planning
• Champions new and innovative technologies dedicated to strategic global and cross-functional efforts; provides resources that support these efforts
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within efficiency SaaS, consistent experience achieving product success
• Be a servant-leader who comes equipped to build and maintain a world class team of both employees and service partners
• Report out on global space and occupancy metrics to drive real estate decisions
• Analyze data and cost and make (cost) recommendations to present to senior leadership drive to develop solutions to improve process and to enhance outstanding service and efficiency
• Provide input into departmental financial planning; budgeting and forecasting
• Track record of successfully partnering with Sales and Success teams to implement account based marketing campaigns which drive measurable return on investment
• Passionate about understanding the latest trends and best practices in paid search
• Be a teammate with great written and oral communication skills who can clearly articulate visual concepts and can communicate effectively with a wide range of internal/external partners. Experience working in distributed teams would be helpful

What you’ll need

• 5-10yrs experience. Scrappy scale-up environment with hyper growth potential where you’ll learn outstanding skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with leaders of different levels and groups
• Defined and completed on strategies related, but not limited to workplace technology, experience and design (not required for all topics) and taken accountability for the delivery
• Strategic agility: able to plan and project results with the willingness to adjust repeatedly throughout the process
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Positive, pragmatic and committed with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach.
