Dataiku is looking for a Solutions Consultant specialized in Finance (e.g., Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, General Ledger Management, or other related experience) to join Dataiku’s Business Solutions team. The Solutions Consultant will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Finance function across many industries and will fuel the development of data, analytics and AI solutions relevant to Finance teams: from concept to design to go-to-market. Your role will be key in supporting the accelerated development of Dataiku in the Finance space and partnering with firms across many industries on their ambitious Finance transformation trajectories. Your mission will be run in tight partnership with all Dataiku’s key teams: Sales, Customer, Partnership, Product and R&D.

This position is open to candidates based in Paris, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, or remotely in EMEA.

What Youll Do :

Be a Subject Matter Expert for the Finance function, across industries: Leverage your expertise and experience of Finance teams (challenges, objectives, specific areas of focus and types of roles, use-cases and impact) to support the development of Dataiku’s reputation and capabilities as a thought-partner and enabler of success with Finance teams :

Build Solutions: As a key member of Dataiku’s Business Solutions team, you will play an instrumental role in the development of Dataiku ‘Solutions’: focused projects which directly address real-world needs for clients in specific industries, functions, and roles

• Articulate Dataiku’s specific value proposition for Finance teams, and enable internal and external facing teams to articulate this value proposition effectively
• Support the capitalization of internal knowledge and client experiences in the Finance space (e.g., adoption stories, use-cases) by developing relevant material to share internally and externally
• Support sales and customer activities targeting Finance teams: help sales teams understand customer dynamics, act as a key spokesperson with Finance prospects and customers, support executive engagement on this client segment internally
• Boost Dataiku’s visibility in the market as a compelling and effective thought-partner with Finance teams
• Help build impactful partnerships to accelerate development in the Finance space
• Fuel and qualify the Solutions development pipeline through business experience, client workshops, market research, partnership discussions, and more. Develop solid business plans and monitor progress for all validated Solutions.
• Work with the Solutions taskforce (Product, R&D, UX, Partnerships, Data Scientists, and others) in ensuring prompt development of relevant projects, including: off-the-shelf solution design, customer-specific solutions, partnership launches…
• You will act as a business lead for these initiatives, supporting smooth project management across all dimensions, ensuring alignment with all internal teams and management of critical dependencies
• Support a global push for existing and new Solutions by structuring relevant documents, incl. enablement of teams, lead customer interactions, building of GTM material, and more.

Who You Are :

• 5-8+ years (seniority of role can adapt to candidate) of experience with the Finance function, preferably in the analytics, data science, machine-learning, or planning and analysis space
• Proven track-record of designing and implementing end-to-end, analytics embedded solutions for Finance teams and wider stakeholders within an organization
• Strong understanding of how the Finance function positions itself within a wider organization, and experience working within a Finance role as part of, or in direct support of, leadership teams
• Successful experience on tackling challenging transformation topics within an organization
• Proven track record working with diverse teams, and successfully engaging them on complex or specialized topics
• Very strong experience in project management, capable of orchestrating multiple projects while supporting associated teams simultaneously
• Able to create detailed recommendations and offer clear guidance to others, and capable and willing to directly build and deliver projects yourself
• Great communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts to varied audiences
• Open to new ideas and topics
• Capable of deep-diving into new topics quickly to qualify and discard them as needed
• Based in one of the Dataiku European main offices (Paris, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, EMEA) or remote with possibility to regularly commute within Europe and to other countries (approximately 10% of the time)
