Wireless Lead Network Engineer Fultime

We need a strong Lead Wireless engineer in our team to expand our capabilities and drive the growth of Nike. A top performer holds

• A Bachelor/Master Degree in Information Technology and at least CWNA certification
• At least 8 years expert knowledge of large-scale multi-vendor wireless networks. Preferably in large enterprise and retail environments and with an end-to-end scope in mind
• Is knowledgeable with Cisco and Aruba Wireless infrastructure both indoor and outdoor and has the full understanding of Wireless principles.
• Experience with Ekahau to create and coach on wireless designs
• Standard Methodology knowledge and sensitivity to trends influencing design in Wireless infrastructure. Able to create wireless designs within set timelines
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity in network automation with experience using Python
• Lead the Wireless EMEA team in Agile workflow, part of the global Wireless community
• Is able to run up to 5-10 projects dependent on complexit
• Act as escalation point between service delivery/support teams and engineering to help identify and troubleshoot service problems
• On Call duties supporting production Wireless environments
• Is used to work in an international, fast-paced corporate and retail environment
• Is known for strong written and verbal communication skills and able to collaborate effectively across disciplines
